So, I finally got the Rock Monitor Front bumper designed up for the KJ, and during my design found out that it is fairly universal and will work on the KK as well. The bumper itself is the same for all Liberties 02 - Present, but what goes on top of it is the only thing that has to change, and for the 02-04 and 05-07 Liberties it is just a matter of simply bolting on the correct accessories to the top of the bumper. The KK Rock Monitor will have parts that will be on the top of the bumper to fill in the gap between the top of the bumper and the bottom of the grill, and of course provisions for the turn signals. Just wanted to give you guys a quick tease of what the Phase IV convertible winch bumper looks like on the KJ to get an idea what it will be like on the KK. I am shooting for a February production time frame. ![]() ![]() ![]() and prototype on the KK ![]() ![]() ![]()

looks pretty good man... all i would do if try n fit the signals back in.. looks liek there is room, then if you can have someone weld a sheet of sheet from the bumper to signal... and paint it the factory color if you can... also the front fenders look like they need to be cut... go for it!... haha as i can see there is a bumperless kj in your pics... steal your buddies bumper??? |

Very cool, Rock Lizard. I would like to see a tubular grill guard added above the winch mount. I will be adding one of those badboys to my KK wish list. |

Could you adapt it for the Nitro? ![]() ![]() ![]() As it is, it looks like the KJ one might bolt right on there, if you leave the turn signal brackets off!? |

I think the straighter and sharper lines of this bumper will look better on the KK. The KJ has too many curves and round edges for all the straight edges of the bumper. Maybe if the edges were slightly softened like the SC Rockstar. Still, good to see it finally out. |

Here we go again ![]() LOL and what is with the, clicking on submit and it just brings you back to the thread, with no post being posted? Then I hit back, and hit preview and, then hit submit and it posted 2 times. Or you hit submit and it takes you back to the thread with no post. Exit the thread, open it back up, then it will submit a reply post just fine. Why don't the little Pics work in the quotes? |
