I'm thinking of spending some of my tax return on something for my Jeep.

option #1: Rock Lizard basket rack with lights ~$600 + lights

option #2: Get my skids and front tow hooks, trailer hitch would have to wait ~$600 + install of fuel tank skid, can handle rest myself

option #3: JBA 2.5 inch rear springs and bilsteins to replace my spacer lift and sagging stock coils on the rear ONLY. Al's site is down but I think they were $245 + $150 for bilsteins. My only concern is the ride height will be LOWER than my spacer lift giving me a nose up ride which I don't want. I don't want to go full JBA 2.5" lift because I'm dreaming of the 4" in a year or two. I could just go with bilsteins for a while for the cheapest option.

Opinions?

Anybody else modding with their tax returns?

IMO hold off on the bilsteins cause its easier to do the lift at the same time... no sense in doing the same thing twice!

Well the rears are super easy to do. Next lift is at least a year, most likely 2 out.

Do the one you think you will get the most use / enjoyment out of before you can justify / afford doing the others.
