I like my HIDGate kit. If you want, I'll send you a PM with Info on how to get them cheaper then what you could get them for on eBay

I reccomend Hidgate at 1-866-857-0005.You are better off calling because on a 2009 Liberty you need the H13 with the relay kit and the capacitors.I had good luck with this company and they did not charge extra for the capacitors but I had to call them after I had the dreaded flickering problem common to late model Chrysler products. The only other thing I would have done would to have ordered the 5000k instead of the 6000k as the 6000 is a little too blue and could be a cop magnet.I also got the H10 fog's after I purchase the H13's and they were a simple plug and play.I live quite close to you (Sagamore Hills) If you need to see the install or need more info send me a PM.

Digger, did not get Bi-Xenon just the Hi-Lo (Halogen high) Not sure if there is a different Can-Bus on the ''09 compared to the '08 but definately needed the capacitors. It seems that Chrysler's have their own problems when it comes o HID systems.
