I'm selling my JET Stage 2 chip. I've used it since May of last year ... Perfect condition, nothing wrong with it.
I still have the box and everything it comes with.

I'm going to be getting rid of the Liberty in the next 2 months. I've enjoyed my time with the Jeep BUT the gas mileage sucks too much for such a weak and underpowered motor ... and I have a need for speed. I was thinking about staying in the Mopar family and possibly get a Jeep SRT8 BUT I think I'm not leaning more towards a Subaru WRX STI ... 305HP, AWD, SI-Drive, LSD & Brembo Brakes

The WRX are know for Glass like trannies..
So you have been told.

I like the high horse power 4WD or al wheel drive cars or jeep as well.

i already got a stage two i was just curious... i didnt know you were gettign rid of your stuff mike... if you were considering the SRT8... you prob know about its price tag... if thats your option its deff worth it, but don't get the subie wrx... the impreza have the glass trannies as stated the sti's are better but truthfully if your gunna dish out the money its worth it to get the evo.... more luxury and more band for your buck... and i say this because my best friend was a subie fanatic but recently gave it up cause it just wasnt worth it... so if your going AWD , i rank it as following SRT8, EVO, STI... btw the srt8 can pull on both of those cars stock

I've got a few friends with STi's and they don't have any tranny issues. Most of them are running 400+ HP on the stock tranny. A lot of tranny issues IMO come from the driver no matter what the car. The Jeep SRT8 is an option but I think I want something a little smaller but still have some room if I need it. The new EVO's are nice and I've messed around with older EVO VIII's but it's a 4 door car so if you need the extra room you are limited. The new STi 5 door gives you the best of both worlds. A crap ton of speed and a boot you can actually use. With the back seats folded down you get a lot of room inside one of them. AND :mrgreen: ... The STi get a smidge better MPG then the EVO and a crap ton better then the SRT8. AND :mrgreen: ... The STi has the smallest price tag.

I haven't been doing any research or anything ... :jester:

I've got about 2 months to make my decision on what I want to get so well see what happens.

I watch Top Gear all the time, I've seen the review. Depending on what you watch it's 50/50. They both have their pros and they both have their cons. In the end, I have to drive it everyday ... Not someone giving a review which is opinionated. You'll find 1000 people who like the STi over the EVO and then you'll find another 1000 people who like the EVO over the STi. I'm not saying the EVO is a bad car and yes I did look at one but I feel for the price, features, performance and day to day use I feel the STi 5 door is a better option FOR ME then the EVO.
