New to the KK

We just traded in our 03kj of a 08 kk limited and so far are LOVING it. i just have a few question for the experienced kk owners. for the rain sensing wipers, it seams like i have every option but yet i have no way of turning them on in the evic. is it possible to not have them? the last question is regarding the mygig. im trying to download the wife's phone book from her phone to the mygig. i have followed the books instructions but the voice prompts that are supposed to come up are are not. just wondering if anyone else has had these issues.

Welcome to the KK community. I don't have rain sensing wipers, but do have myGig / uConnect. I didn't have to overtly download my phone book, as when my phone connects via Bluetooth, it downloads / synchs the contacts. The first time I synched my smartphone, after upgrading from a basic phone, that synch took a whole lot longer as my smartphone has all my work contacts. If you're trying to do a manual download, I wonder if you need to just wait until the automatic synching is complete before you'd get any voice prompts. I know I can't start a call on my phone via myGig / uConnect the instant I turn on my KK because myGig / uConnect takes a little bit to recognize, find and synch with my phone. I dunno. Well, they are hard to turn on since you don't have them. They were not actually put on the 08's.

I have a '10 liberty renegade with every option and i dont have rain sensing wipers, although they would be really nice. As for the Uconnect contacts question, Im pretty sure they upload every time you connect it.
