I'm looking to get positraction on my '08 KK. I get stuck in sand sometimes in some of the nastier driveways and dirt roads round here. Any suggestions?

arb part # RD93 is for the rear

ya, if you have a 4x2, you can only lock the rear because you don't have a front diff.

A locked 4x2 can do some crazy stuff :jester:

Is there any danger to having it for just day-to-day driving? Can it be turned off if there is?

the arb is selectable by air. flip a switch and itll be on or off whenever you need it. only downside is they are fairly expensive and you have to have a compressor. if you get the right compressor though you can use it to air your tires also after youre done with them being aired down for better traction in the sand and dirt you drive on. idk if any other on/off selectable lockers even exist for this application. there are cheaper alternatives but they will be constantly on and not daily driver friendly.

How do they interact with Traction control?

If I'm reading the Eaton Application Guide right, it looks like the answer is no. :(
But it is almost 2 years old so maybe it is out of date.
