Hey all,

I'm gonna apologize in advance for the noob question..

I'm looking to add Skids to my ride. However, I'm on a tight budget so looking to add them one piece at a time.
Any suggestions on which ones I should add first? Which areas are most exposed/vulnerable? Thanks! :)

I've seen some people do t-case first. The engine skid needs to be installed before the trans and the gas tank is gonna be most expensive. That would pry be my order if I were to install at seperate times.

Engine and trans are right at the top of the list

you could save up and do the eng, trans and t-case first and then the fuel. that would split them in half, price wise. i also found that it is a little bit cheaper to just order them from the dealership. the price might be a little more but the shipping is whatll hurt you if you buy online.

I just ordered mine today from dealer i told them i was looking at them online and they gave me 10% off each one  :) . Front skid $78, The other two $45 a peace i believe. Not to bad plus the 10% im getting off each one when I go to pick them up and pay. Also looked at the radiator skid salesman wasnt to sure if it would come with my front skid so gonna wait and see but it was like $40 i think. Just remember you need the front to do the tranny skid.
