Mmm'kay, so today I got in the KK to head off to work (it was about 4:30 in the afternoon, about 70 degrees) and I went to roll down the windows because it was a tad hot on the inside. Next thing I know, I hear a popping sound in the drivers door, and the window won't roll up! WTF!

I took it all apart, and it looks like the little pulley that the cables wrap around, and the motor integrates with, is having difficulties. From what it looks like, the anchors that hold the cables on the pulley pulled out, and now it's a big mess of bent cables down there.

Has anyone else experienced this??? It's still under warranty for me, but that doesn't keep it from being incredibly annoying!

Window regulator.... there has been one KK failure that I know of on here and a crap load of newer KJ ones
