| Post subject: | How to file a complaint against dealership? |
Does anyone know if there is a way to file a complaint against the service department of a dealership? This is like the 5th time i have brought my 09 kk to them (same guys i bought it from) and i am convinced they dont even move it from a parking spot, wait a day, call me and tell me its been fixed. I am not sure if they even do the oil change they say they do. |

call Daimler Chrysler mark your oilfilter with a crayon if you really think they dont move it.. mark your tire when you park it with chalk or something.. |

Depends on the laws in his state and the complaint.You can't lemon law a vehicle for a seat track rattling no matter how many times you have them look at it,the problem has to be fairly major and effect the vehicles ability to safely operate. |
