I installed skyjacker h7088's with my daystar lift and they seem to be making and noise that i can hear from inside the cabin. At first it was more of a rattle, but i think it was because I accidently installed the shorter tubes in the bushings for the top. Fixed that, and the rattle went away. But now i'm noticing sort of a low pitched squeek when going over bumps. Anybody else have that with this shock or know whats going on? I didnt grease anything upon installation. Maybe something to do with the rear spring spacer?

When i put the shocks in my old KJ my rear shocks did the same thing. I think it has to do with the OEM ones are designed differently or something. The new ones are most likely oil filled and i think thats what your hearing is the compression of the oil when they are compressing or extending... Mine always did it from day 1.. normal i think..

My h7088 (Hydro Shocks) do this also, only noticeable when going over speed bumps at 15-20 mph. LOL
