Found something interesting last night.. starting to get cold here in south dakota and went to hop into the jeep last night and for whatever reason i revved the engine and found that it only allowed me to rev it up to 2000rpm. I tried to put it in neutral and same thing. Drove it home and put it in park and it revved up normal. Anyone else recreate this? I think its normal, but just wanted to confirm. |

Over reving a cold engine can cause a lot of damage. Need to allow some time for oil temp and oil pressure to come up. |
