Im getting rid of my piece-o-crap wrangler SAs. I called the shop id be getting them from and they quoted me 153 per tire for the AT2s and $143 per tires for the HTS. I wont be off road THAT much. I need some good rubber for snow during the winter but Ill have them all year round. I was told the AT2s would get really loud and since I dont REALLY need them I should go with the HTS. I just really like the look of the AT2s. Are the AT2s worth the extra cash and are they really THAT loud? I can deal with a little extra road noise. The 3.7 is pretty loud anyways. Im stuck. HELP! |

I hope that 143 is the cost with Mounting and balancing all 4 and checking the Spare... Tire Rack has these HTS for $114 each with shipping to New Jersey.... Just a heads up.... |

I've only had them for ~3k miles, and they aren't that loud to me ( but I also came from another "aggressive" tire, not the factory street tires. ) Also, they might not be that broken in yet, I guess we'll see at lets say 15k miles. I'm waiting for the snow to really test them out. I hear they are great. I tried to see what the tolerance was in an empty parking lot, I haven't lost any traction in the rain.. You won't regret it, I'm sure. |

I heard they were unbelievable in the rain. And like you said snow isnt supposed to do much either so now I'm excited for a big storm. My liberty is finally coming together. -I ordered the AT2s. -I got a quote to have my grille painted. -And I talked to the shop about some extra lights on the bumper. It'll be sweet once I get everything put on. |

I recently went with AT2's when replacing the stockers and I love them. Great in the rain, huge difference from the Wranglers. Now I'm just waiting for some snow. They are louder than the wranglers but not in a bad way, I kind of like the hum. If my wife hasn't noticed, it can't be too loud. But like infernicus i barely have an miles on them. |

I just got back from having them put on and they look sweet. It almost completely changes the look. They had a hard time finding my wheels locks. I keep them in the center console under the tray. When I pulled them out, they were in shock. You would have thought they were just given a million dollars or something. After a long wait, they came back with my keys but not without a long talk. They gave me this long speech about how even though these tires are AMAZING, I should still be responsible. I think being so young had something to do with it. Anyways, now im excited for this big snow everyones been talking about. I hope its not all hype. hurl wrote: I recently went with AT2's when replacing the stockers and I love them. I am In California. We are getting the Rain part of your Big storm. It has been Wet for 18 hours now. Raining, misting off and on... I think you will get your big snow soon enough... Rain = water coming down... Not a storm more like sprinkler with weak pressure... |

What size did you put on? I'm running the AT2's on my Commander and am about to get a set for my wifes Liberty. |

That's exactly what i was looking for. I know a lot of guys put on the 245/70/16 since they're the same diameter as the 225/75/16 that is stock and the 235/70/16 is actually just a bit shorter than stock. Have any pictures of yours? I'll be putting my new tires on after the Holidays. |

I went with 235/70R16 and have a few pics in a previous thread about these tires when I was asking about them. http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=88&t=56342 |

I had to drive my mom to go get something and once we hit the highway, she was like "why is your car so fricken loud?!" I just laughed. |

Hmmm... I don't think they're louder than any other A/T tire I've ever had. I'm used to trucks though. |
