Today I was running my interior lights with headlights and fogs and when I hit the hazards I had dimming, Its not the first time I notice it. I want this gone, any suggestions?

Heavier duty Alternator?

I am wondering cause I hope to upgrade my headlight bulbs after xmas.

Mine always did this when ESP kicks in or when i use my power windows. Im guessing its the weak battery. Once it dies im getting a Sears Platinum DieHard.

My guess is the battery also. Mine does it too. I'm sure the winch doesn't help. I'm just waiting for the battery to crap out.

I put one in my 02 jeep and it NEVER had any problems turning over or dimming even in below 0 weather here in South Dakota...

I got mine from batteries plus for around $100 i think? Before you purchase make sure they fit in the new year models.. i haven't checked as my battery is less than a year old. If I remember right the footprint is slightly smaller but packs a much bigger punch.
They are expensive but you get what you pay for, they are great units..

red tops are good for starting. you dont have a diesel, high compression or any hard to start motor. yellow tops or even blue tops is what you want. they are deep cycle batteries that are good for heavy power drain from extra lighting, stereo equipment or even winching. however read some reviews on optimas and you will find that their quality has started to crap the bed. sears diehard platinum p4 series would be a better choice with a close to similar cost.
