hey guys after having the Jeep for a year ive decided that the super 44 is the way i want to go to make it sound better....could you guys tell me exactly what part # i need and also where should i bring it for the install? a simple muffler shop or a better mechanic that is maybe a local guy rather than a midas or other chain type?

Yeah, I've replaced a couple mufflers on Hondas before, but I know this will be different. Did you have to cut any pipe or is everything attached with clamps? Did you end up getting extra pipe? Product code?

i have a super 44, honestly i just went to meineke... for 40 bucks they cut off the old one, gave me new pipe welded it on, took off the resonator made a mount since the resonator has a hook, welded on a custom exhaust tip. Took no more then 30 minutes. If you don't want drone leave on the resonator... i just think it sounds better without it

darn, $40 for labor alone is a great deal. I may end up doing that just to save myself some time. So, no resonator increases sound inside and outside the car?

I saw this and couldn't pass that deal up so I guess I'm putting a new muffler on the Jeep now.

It needed one anyway...probably. :ROTFL:

City of Presidents baby. My office is in Needham and I day travel anywhere from Kittery, ME to Darien, CT and anywhere inbetween...in a company vehicle of course. I was actually in Melrose and Stoneham today. Playing in the sewers. :dizzy:

I need a new job.
