Just bought a new jeep. Have to say I really like it. Put a thousand miles on her already, according to the echogauge I bought, averaging about 20.5 mpg. Not to bad and I'm sure that number will go up once I put some more miles on her. Are they're any good light setups for the jeep, prefer a floody beam to brighten up the immediate area. Not to sure what else I want to do. Do you guys recommend a lift for a daily driver commuting 100 miles a day? Want to make her a bad sss looking jeep so any recommendations would help...wheels,tires..ect. Thanks

Welcome to the boards  , you'll notice all the people around here are super helpful and answer any and all questions. Don't be afraid to ask questions...

Try this link viewtopic.php?f=104&t=39022 for your information on your light bar and lifts and etc.

I feel you on the high mileage commute I travel 100miles round trip to work every day myself.

Try driving with the fog lights on too. That puts a huge wide beam on the road right in front of you.

Mine has 7K miles and the mileage is about the same. I love mine, thought about trading for a Challenger briefly today before coming to my senses!

Hello - I bought a Liberty Renegade last Wednesday. Some time back I've had a couple of Wranglers and a Cherokee so it's good to be back. I've had two fill ups so far and I'm only getting 13-14 mpg in a mix of around town and highway driving. I am really hoping that improves....

It will, you're still in the "break in" period.

I dont know why but my mpg has been all over since I bought it. When I first got it I was averaging about 17 and then it dropped to about 11. And now all of a sudden Its slowly rising. My driving style hasnt changed and I haven't done any extreme mods to it either. Ive had it for about 6 months and 5000 miles. But during these 6 months Ive come to realize, it doesnt matter because its a Jeep.

As for lights, try changing out your bulbs for Silverstars. I did and it makes a big difference. I want to put some Hellas on the bumper though. Theres no such thing as too much light.
