So in both of my previous KJs I had cloth seats with Neoprene seat covers....when I went up to the new KK in-order to get the Renegade that I wanted in any amount of time that I really needed to...or else not waiting 4 months, I had to get leather....which I have really warmed up to after having it for a month....but problem is, is that I have a 2 1/2 year old Australian Cattle Dog who LOVES to go for car rides....I mean what dog doesnt? Point being, I dont want her scratching up the leather so her rides have been SIGNIFICANTLY reduced as of now. Anyone have anything they recommend? Either covers or a barrier? Done quite a bit of looking around but didnt know if anyone has experience. |

I just fold down the rear seats and lay a tarp down when my dogs get to go for a ride (which became rare since my new jeep). Poor dogs. |

What NewJersey posted work great. Some times People have to put an extra strap across where the back meets to seat. So everythings stays in place... Um not every dog loves the Car rides... My Jack Russel seems to not enjoy his time. he crys, barks, whines everytime for 3 to 4 hours in car or Jeeps.... I wish I knew a way to make him happy when we are on the road....... |

![]() Works for me - and is removable in case I need to carry something inside. BTW: This pic is old. That fire ext. isn't there anymore. But there is a flush mount tool box on the right hand side now. |
