Im trying to figure out what I want to do first... I dont do extreme off roading yet and probably wont for a while. So Im trying to decide which would be better. Either throw some arb lockers on the kk or a 2 1/2 bilstein lift but with the lift would come new rims and tires. Trying to decide what would be the best way to go... any advice would be helpful!! |

1. recovery points/equipment 2. skid plates/protection 3. lift 4. tires 5. lockers depending on the environment you wheel in the KK does an ok job in limiting tire spin. if it senses one of the tires spinning too fast compared to the others it will engage the brake on that corner to help evenly distribute torque to all tires. its not amazing and i find it doesnt work that well in soft dirt or sand but it does help in some circumstances. |

Lockers will get you alot farther then a lift/wheels/tires will. Figure in the cost of putting new gears in also for lockers, might as well as the labor is all the same if doing lockers and you will get better performance also. |

With the off roading that I do I figured lockers would be best for now I do eventually want it lifted but only have money for one or the other for now... will the kj tow hooks work for the kk's? |
