I am looking to purchase some used wheels/tires off a KK. Essentially I'm looking to switch out the 20" tires that came with the Jet package for the upcoming snow. Does anyone know of a place to get a used set for cheap? Or would it be cheaper to just buy cheap rims?

Best place would probably be your local junkyard. The KK is popular enough that there will be wrecked ones, and often the wheels, or most of the wheels, survive a wreck that would total the rest of the car. As long as the Jet bolt pattern is the same as the standard KK, you should have no trouble finding replacement wheels at a junkyard.

Why spend the $$$ for 20" rims for the winter? The tires alone are very expensive and most times are special order.I'd try and find some OE steels or the cheap OE 16" alloy's for mounting winter tires on so when you nail that curb it's less likely to do damage to the wheel compared to a 20" rim that will be damaged due to the lower aspect ratio.
