I noticed last night on my 2011 kk that the passenger window doesn't go all the way down...sticks out about a quarter of an inch up. The driver side goes all the way down and disappears, is this normal or anyone else notice?

Lol... windows suck. Just take the doors off.

My drivers window has been held up by electrical tape, for over a year now.

Doesn't sound normal. My 2010 goes all the way down. Take it to the dealership.

Take it to the dealership. Its probably something easy to fix. These windows arent too complicated but they have TONS of problems. You should be under warranty since you just bought the jeep.

I noticed that the other day as well on my 2011 JET. About a month ago I noticed that actually both driver side and passenger side was doing that so I didn't think anything of it. Now in the last week I notice it is just the passenger side. Just add it to the list of things I need the dealer to check out.

1. Driver side door won't lock - fixed
2. Electronic Stability Program/Traction Control System light
3. Clock radio is slow
4. Passenger side window

Both my front windows go all the way down so agree, something isn't right and needs to be addressed.

Have you recently wheeled your KK or hit a major obstacle? If so, the KK's have some deal in them that can get off and you have to reset the window. As I recall (having had to do this during/after some wheelin' ), you have to run the window as far down as it will go under power, then power it upward while using another hand to cock the glass forward or back (don't recall which) and then the window mechanism will get recentered or whatever. I even think there was something in the owner's manual about it but I'm not certain. First time it happened to me was wheelin' in Colorado and then couldn't get the window to go all the way up (and wanted to since it started raining).
