I am getting an aftermarket radio for my KK and ordered one of these:http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/390282024087?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fshop.ebay.com.au%3A80%2F%3F_from%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dp5039.m570.l1313%26_nkw%3D390282024087%26_sacat%3DSee-All-Categories%26_fvi%3D1&_rdc=1 to convert aerial into motorola, Now I thought this is the correct one but the guys sent me an adaptor with a Blue wire on it which he said needs +12V as it is an amplifier. The ebay store person says this is the correct item for my car eventhough the ebay pic does not have the 12v wire. so the question is: Is 09 KK limited with Infinity sound have need amplified adaptor or has the guy sent me the wrong part? |

I installed a new deck a couple months back and got terrible reception at first. turned out i forgot to connect the power to the amplified antenna... crutchfield sent me the 12040EU10 Euro Antenna Adapter OEM F to Motorola M |

Quick quedtion. Is it the limited that has amped aerial or does sports also have amped aerial? |

I have a '10 North Edition (same as the US Sport) and had the exact same issue as "black and blue". Crutchfield was great over the phone and once the wiring harness attn wire and the head unit attn wire (blue) was connectted everything was great. |
