Radio Volume

When I attempt to adjust the volume on my radio it doesn't quite work. When I turn the knob it will go up/down and then back to what it was originally set at. For example if its on 10 and I try to turn it up it will display 11 and then go back to 10. Same thing if I try to turn it down, it will display 9 and then go back to 10. I can turn the thing in circles and this just keeps happening. If I turn it very fast it doesn't happen, but its also impossible to control how loud/quiet it is. Anyone else having similar issues? I've resorted to using my iPod and adjusting the volume on that

Sounds like your radio is faulty. If your under warranty then you know what to do....if not....id say pull off the center dash piece around the radio and then unscrew the radio and make sure all the plugs are in place and snug. But other than that sounds to me like its new radio time

Yeah I was kind of thinking the same thing. No warranty left though, and I don't feel like paying $500 for the same radio. Anyone ever done a swap to a DIN head unit and DIN CB? I've seen on other forums that people have mounted the Cobra WX ST II in dash and had success with it. Anyone done it on a KK?
