I want to put these tires on my 2010 KK Lifted with the rock krawler 3.5 http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp ... Out%20Only)&partnum=675QR6WMTRKOWL&tab=Sizes
I was just wondering if they will rub? And if so will it be a lot? BTW they're
265/75R16 because the link got messed up.

Thanks :)

From my limited knowledge of Kk's they will rub quite a bit. I know jeepinforreal is going up to five inches of lift to fit that size with little to no rubbing.

oh wow ok then i guess ill have to go with the 245/75R16 if that even fits. But if i did go with the 265 does anyone have suggestions on what to do to make it rub less?

and you haven't even thought about regearing for that size of a tire have you?

265-75s will fit with a 2.5-3 inch lift BUT would not want to drive it very far or over anything but perfectly smooth road, no curbs, etc
We've installed a 265-75-16 on a KK in my driveway so I sort of know
Personally you'd be better off with 245-75s

I went with then 245/75/R16, fallow the link and you can see the thread where i put the pictures of before and after and so on. Tires are AWESOME at this size, im very glad i listened to the suggestions on this forum.

245 / 75 / R16

The 245 is the Section Width of the tire in millimeters, or how wide the tire is at its widest point from sidewall to sidewall. It is NOT a measurement of how wide the tread is.

The 75 is the Section Height of the tire - from the bead to the top of the tread - measured as a percentage of the Section Width, or 75% of 245mm.

The R16 refers to the rim size

Hope i got that all correct haha :google: and hope it helps.

Thanks for the compliment on the jeep :)

Im looking at 1.5in spacer lifts jut for the looks of large empty wheel wells..kinda miss it with the original lift.
