I had an old cutting board laying around and put it to good use with the help of hole saws.

The poly cutting board was suprisingly a little bit brittle, but i think they'll hol up sandwiched between the isolators.

I used a cutting board to make front top plates ( to prove a point to someone :ROTFL: ) and they worked for over 5000 miles until I took them out I'm sure they took more abuse up front than what your rears will.
Good luck
