Post subject:  BIGGER LIFT ! ADVICE NEEDED

Hey guys

I just did the daystar lift and now Im thinking lets go bigger !

Not trying to kill my pockets here but current setup

DayStar Lift
245/75/16 on OEM 16s

I want to do it right i heard of a few:

JBA ( $800 is a bit on the high side and too much for me at this point )

Rock Father by Rocky Road is a nice choice

OME spring and shock lift i also hear nice things but unaware

THOUGHTS?! also can i go to a bigger tire without rubbing, it is my DD so i wouldnt want a rub onor off road, feedback is appreciated

THANKS GUYS !

None of those lifts will give you much more height if any at all. $700 is about minimum cost for a quality spring lift and good shocks. You could do a clevis lift and extra iso's with your daystar for now.
You'll probably have rubbing with anything bigger than 245/75/16s without modifying wheel wells. Regearing is also recomended.

Would a 31 x 10.5 work on the OME LIFT without rubbing and my stock 16s?

Really most any tire over 30 inches and you're losing power and goes from there
Best ride for 7-800 bucks is the OME springs and shocks
WAY better than stock and spacers
keep your tires you have now or start saving for more $$$ to be thrown at it

So will and ome lift keep it at the same height?

My front end with ome 927s is at 21.5". (measured from center cap to bottom edge of fender flare). Rear i still have daystar and diy spacers but i think the 731s will ve a little higher than the daystar with fresh springs.
You can easily go higher by adding clevis lift and or top plates but al's arms should be used because of uca contact and alignmebt issues.

Most go with the 2927s and 2731s. Make sure you choose the N132L shocks.
