Hey everyone! Got a question. I have just recently put on the OME lift (approx 2.2 inch lift) and was looking to upgrade my wheels and tires. I was looking at some soft 8's but got good advice (thanks DirtyKK! This got me thinking...what if I got some aftermarket Alloy's instead of steel's? I would love some opinions as to if this would be a good idea (ie be comparable in weight to the stock rims..) I searched some threads on here and basically the size I am looking for is 16 X 7 or 16 X 8 inch rims with 5 - 4.5 bolt pattern. is that the correct pattern or is there more that I need to look for... Also here is a list of links to rims that I do like...and I was hoping you could tell me if they would fit or not. 1. http://www.tiresbyweb.com/p-9648-xd-series-enduro-matte-black-wheels-series-xd122.aspx 2. http://www.tiresbyweb.com/p-9560-helo-maxx-glossy-blackmachined-8-lug-wheels-series-he791.aspx 3. http://www.tiresbyweb.com/p-8104-eagle-alloys-series-137-black-wheels.aspx (these ones I know will fit as someone on here already has them) 4. http://www.tiresbyweb.com/p-8781-eagle-alloys-series-100-black-wheels.aspx 5. http://www.tiresbyweb.com/p-9499-american-racing-mojave-teflon-wheels-series-ax3981.aspx Those were the rims that I saw with that bolt pattern and rim size..not sure if that means they will fit. A couple of questions: - which ones do you know will/will not fit the KK - will they be comparable in weight to stock rims Much appreciate the help! O and I am planning on either running 245/75/16's or 255/70/16's (duratracs) |

Saw 1 on a Cherokee and thought they were cool. 4s offset probably won't work too well. The others should fit. The offset should only push the wheels half an inch outside the wheel well further then mine. |

I have 245/75/16's on 16x7 wheels with a 4" offset. I have an OME lift with conduit nuts up front, and I've also trimmed the hell out of my bumper. My tires still rub daily when I back out of the driveway. Good luck! |

You think any of these will be comparable to stock rims? Quote: I have 245/75/16's on 16x7 wheels with a 4" offset. Thanks for the advice remdawg, which wheel were you talking about? Just wondering why you mentioned the 4" offset (sorry for the noob question lol). I will be taking the 4th wheel option out of my choices if that's what you were referring to.. |

Oops, I meant backspacing. The stock wheels come with 5.5" of backspacing. The less backspacing the more the wheels stick out on the sides. These are with 7" wheels as well - I'm not sure about 8"+ wheels on a Liberty. |

I know at least a couple guys on here are running the Eagle Alloy 137's. I really like the look of those. |
