Front diff: 80w-90 GL5
Rear Diff: 75W-140 Synthetic
T Case ATF+4

Can't remember what the capacities are though, something like 1.5 qts front, 2.5 qts rear, 2 qts tcase. Just fill to bottom edge of the hole.

I'm pretty sure the recommendations are a little different for the KK, just sayin.

Not really, it's all the same engine, tranny, steering rack, t-case, etc... The only real change from the KJ to the KK was the interior and exterior redesigns, nothing really done on the drive-train.

The only real differences is the D30M on the KK vs the D30A on the KJ and that ALL 3.7L engines are now supposed to use 5W-20 as opposed to the 5W-30 they originally said.

Miles 45,000

Change the engine oil and engine oil filter, if not replaced at 3 months.

Inspect the engine air filter element, replace if necessary.

Inspect the drive belt, and replace as needed.

Inspect the manual transmission fluid, add as necessary (3.7L Only).

Drain and refill the front and rear axle fluid.

Inspect the transfer case fluid, add if necessary.

I was referring to the oil for the front. Wiki says its the same as the rear but that contradicts the manual which says 80 90 gear oil which is different from the rear. It scared the crap outta me when I read that after I put the oil the dealer sold to me in there. They only gave me one quart though which is why I was checking the capacity. Turns out I needed about another pint. Not to be a know it all, just sharing what I saw. :D

You could run the 75w140 front and rear... but you wouldn't want to run the 80w90 in the rear...

I gotcha, it's cool :)

How much did the front end up taking? And what did the dealer sell you then? the 80/90?

There's been a few discussions on here about dino vs. synthetic you might want to read about. (80/90 is dino, the 140 is synthetic) Of course, if you're like me, you'll read it and determine that it really overcomplicates everything and just stick with the dealer recommended fluids

They sold me the 80w90. I also have two quarts of the 75w140 and two quarts of atf+4 for the transfer case. I'm not really sure what happened because the parts girl looked everything up on the computor before she pulled the fluids from stock. That stuff was expensive too. I think next time I'll use a different brand. I used about another pint of the golden stuff after the quart I had.
There isn't much room up in there for the bottles either. I put a piece of 5/16" fuel line about 6" long over the pointed lid and that allowed me to put the oil in from under the fill hole.
