I enjoyed driving the Liberty for 2 years but did not enjoy the problems I had with it. I will miss having it but our new Ram 1500 will serve our needs hopefully just as well as the Liberty. Its still a chrysler product mostly made in the USA though assembled in Mexico. Hope the 4.7 V8 is reliable, it has two spark plus per cylinder don't know what purpose that serves. It has the new 6 speed transmisson. Mpg not the greatest but I don't drive that much. Will miss the way the Liberty handles in driving it has a good suspension. I have owned a 2002 , 2004, 2010 Liberty over the past 10 years. Am going to miss having one. David |

What problems did you have? I'm on my second KK Liberty and really haven't had may issues. The few minor issues I had were covered under warranty ... Good luck with your Ram! |

The problems were minor I just got tired of taking it to the dealer. The seat upholstery was a problem in that the material frayed, the clock didn't work right and I guess the biggest problem was the passenger window got stuck in the down position. Nothing that big of a problem I guess it was I wanting a stronger engine to pull our camping trailer and a larger vehicle with better control towing a camping trailer. My 2004 Liberty I never had a problem with it the six years I owned it. It was the 4 cyl with the 5 speed manual. Out of all the vehicles I have owned (about 12) the 2004 Liberty was my favorite. It was fun to drive and I averged 25 MPG. The only reason I gave it up due to a left knee injury was unable to use the clutch. If the 2010 Liberty had a stonger engine and the transmission 5 or 6 gears I would have kept it. |

Ahh, yes, that stupid clock. Passenger: "What time is it?" Me: "Uh, 5:45, give or take 5 minutes depending on the mood of the Jeep." |

Enjoy the Ram, I was actually looking into a hemi powered quad cab 1500 before I got the KK, it was just a little too pricey. I was actually told the real world mpg isn't too far off from the KK. |

Trade my flaky keyfob for your stuck window, and I've had almost the exact same experience as you. I've considered moving to a truck as it would make towing my trailer easier too, but they're so expensive and I just prefer the SUV style for what I do with it. Going to be keeping my eye on the upcoming diesel Jeeps - they should pull like crazy, get much better mileage, and still be a Jeep (for better or worse |

The second spark plug is for emissions purposes. Any power gain is supposed to be marginal. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2 |
