I replaced mine with the NGK plugs ZFR6F-11G . Same that comes stock. I don't see a point in putting in anything other then those. |

Hundreds of threads about spark plugs on the KJ side Autolite or Champion copper plugs work great nothing fancy just good old plugs and replace every 25-30,000 miles |

As a general rule "Factory knows best". Especially when it comes to nuance such as spark plugs. I had two E3 plugs leave me stranded in my 06 MX5 and the missing spark coked my warm up catalyst. Aren't emission warranties wonderful? Mazda replaced the $1,300 cat with no charge! |

Sometimes not always think theres been enough KJ owners that have ran 100s of thousands of miles so its been tested |

anyone have an opinion on these? I stopped by advanced auto parts and he told me to grab these. They seem nice, but overkill. Kinda pricy too. They're having a promo so its like $45 for a set of 6 http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product__18090104-P_N3411I_P%7CGRP2041____ |

The only way to be able to run those plugs is to increase the gap to get the correct resistance of a copper core plug, for iridium it would be almost doubling the gap. |

ok so I've gone over 150000miles on original plugs. Now got a misfire occasionally on number 2 cyl. Imagine. ..LOL I'm putting Champion platinum power in and yes, widening the gap to compensate from .032 to .044 05 Liberty 3.7L |
