I was perusing the JBA website today and saw that he added Ironman lift components to the KK section. Anyone have any experience with these? I also noticed he has everything for the complete left except rear springs |

I tested the first set to come in on my KJ Rode great, handling was as good or better than OME IMO You don't get as much lift from them as you do OME in front I found but still I liked how they rode comparing 927s to the Ironman Ironmans are much thicker coils but shorter, but rated higher ![]() ![]() ![]() peek of the rears of course you can't use them but.....

That's quite the ride you have there. The lift looks really nice. I will probably go with OME springs and Ironman shocks with the 15mm trim package. |

Plus you can use the trim packs with the Ironman front shocks but not the OME shocks think you are somewhat confused If going OME then go OME or Bilstein shocks |

The JBA website says you can use the trim pack with any springs. Full OME + a top plate is more expensive than Ironman shocks with trim package and OME springs |

Trim pack with any springs? The trim pack goes on the shock itself , under the lower mounting plate for the springs/isolator read under the ad for them clearly states " trim pack spacers for Ironman struts only. Fits under spring pad and on top of the strut flange" quote Plus I already have put together a set and played around with what works on them I think you are confusing the 1/4 inch top plate and the trim pack |

Maybe naive. Under spring pad and on strut flange sounds to me like it doesn't even touch the spring but lifts the pad up off the flange right? Its like an OTT spacer but on the bottom. Seems to me that it doesn't matter what spring you use especially when the description for the shocks says "Front Strut, Height Adjustable Strut, 0" - 1.50" Lift, Ironman Trim Pack (Optional), use with stock springs or springs for lift" does not say "must be used with ironman springs". Just looking for clarification, not a fight. |

Oh don't be like that now. Did you have the trim pack with your setup? I don't wanna buy $750 worth of stuff and not have it fit. The jba website is just confusing |

Personally I would do a clevis lift over the trim packers and also being cheaper more cost effective |

Good idea. So because the bilstein 2.5 shocks are on backorder and all ironman components are free shipping right now I'm still thinking ome springs and ironman struts/shocks with two conduit nuts per side. Sound good? |
