Quick trade. You sound like me. I thought I was the only one who traded anything that soon.

Enjoy your new Jeep. How do you like it? Any quick comparisons?

The liberty was a more SUV style ride..comparable to an extera or 4runner. The jku has a feel like a good old jeep, only comparable to a wrangler.

The jku also has fewer blind spots than liberty and accelerates/shifts smoother

The breaking take a little more distance than did with the liberty and the rear view is much smaller.

The interior feels larger since the center consol is lower

There is a bit more wind noise (with full doors/hard top) with wrangler than liberty, but not enough to really be bad.

Just some fast observations :)

Oooooooo

The drivers foot well is way larger!
( that was a huge plus for me, hates the cramped foot well in Liberty)

Don't get me wrong though, I LOVED the '10 Liberty.

That sinches it for me...I need more room in my next ride for my size 16s!

I just won't be able to afford one until my two year old is grown and out of the house.

Glad I'm not the only one with large feet. :)

Size 13 or 14, depends on the shoe!

Ahhh the dreaded first fill-up. gotta love how Jeep charges you for the gas in the vehicle now and doesnt even fill it up. LOL
I feel ya on the feet I got 13s here and I'm always wearing combat boots, but I'm used to it and made it work with my toyota Mr2 spyder.

Nice JK!!

I don't get why the dealer doesn't fill the tank. I got mine and it was just about 1/4 I think. The other car I had they filled up for me. I guess it's more of a courtesy thing like "Hey, thanks for buying our vehicle 1st tank is on us." But I guess Chrysler/Jeep doesn't do that.

I made the dealer do it.
Me- I want a full tank before I go
Sales- sorry all we can do is a half tank
Me- okay, give me a couple minutes then. The liberty has a full tank so ill just go siphon that.
Sales- really?
Me- well you didn't pay me for the gas in the trade and won't pay for gas in the new jeep..so I'll take my gas back and well part ways
Sales-are you serious?
Me-honey, get the hose out of the emergency kit.( wife walks to new jeep)
Sales-one minute
~sales guy goes to his manager and points at me holding the hose~
Sales-here ya go, this should get you a full tank
(Hands me a voucher for $60)
Me- thanks for meeting me in the middle guy.

Hahaha

Nice negotiating lol. What are the gas prices like by you? I know $60 won't fill the KK by me. I think it took a little over $65 to fill the other night from just above 1/8 of a tank(gas light wasn't on yet).

On average, I pay only $3.40/gallon. It usually never goes above $3.55/gallon here.
