I noticed that there's a rattle coming from the front end. You can only hear it when you go over bumps. It kinda sounds like a loose or squeaky ballpoint. Has anyone ever come across this issue. I gotta set up an appointment at the dealer to look into this but I wanted to see if anyone had anything similar. Want to get my ducks in a row before the dealer tries to blow smoke if you know what I mean.

I was thinking ball joint or sway bar link/bushing.

Control arm bushings or sway bear links. I would not go to the stealership for either of those.

HAHAH a "good dealer"...Its easier to find a unicorn, at least they actually exist.

I can tell you not to go to East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Greenvale and also don't go to Giuffre in Brooklyn. The service managers literally know nothing and they are extremely rude. At Giuffre, I brought it in for a torque converter warranty swap. The service manager moved my jeep and came back in and told me i needed motot mounts and U joints, it was vibrating like crazy... He didn't know he was sitting in a diesel?!?!?!?

Bayside Jeep is another lost cause. went in for a rear window leak that was scheduled and they didnt want to take care of it because the "leak specialist" want in. Really a leak specialist......after flipping out on them they suddenly got it done. Hate dealers.

That's funny, I had the same fight with my dealer. :ROTFL:
Leak specialist my arse, they don't pay mechanics rate for them to repair leaks.
