Check coolant/antifreeze level. Sometimes it's the obvious.

When you change the heat temp settings, do you hear the Blend door Actuator motor? Can you see the actuator moving? It is located on the drivers side toward the dash, the other one by the firewall is the Mode door actuator.

i think that is the problem, i don't heat the motor turning, like i do when changing the settings from defrost, feet, front and.....

i need to start looking at the fusses... if not i guess that motor is gone.

You will not find a fuse for this, it is computer controlled.
Not necessarily, it is very seldom the actuator motors go out.
Just an FYI, the actuator motors are interchangeable. So if you want, you can swap the Mode with the Blend, and test it that way. If you do this, make sure to mark the locations of the door and actuator gear locations so you can reinstall them back in the correct position. If you do not get it back in the correct position you may need to take your rig to the dealer to have them calibrated.
A KA owner just went through this with the Mode door. As it turned out the door was stuck and during the tinkering it came loose and is now working.
Anyway, before you do any work disconnect the Neg (-) battery cable and wait a few minutes to prevent accidentally setting off the airbags.
