Hey guys,
I'm getting ready to dump some money into my KK. I know what tires and lift I'm getting but through reading on this site I've saw that Rock Lizard has some things available for the KK. I went to RL's site and it's down for maintenance so I can't look at their parts. I was wondering if anybody knew what RL had available for a '12 KK so I don't buy something and then see something better on RL's website whenever it comes back up.

Any info or pics would be awesome.

Thanks guys.

They've been closed a couple of months revamping operations/reorganizing
playing catch up

Rock Lizard's products webpage is still up. You can click on the various items at the bottom for info and pictures. You just won't be able to order anything until his business reopens.

Here is a thread that shows RL super skink sliders on my KK. I bought them used from another LOST member, but they're beefy and they might as well have been brand new. :JEEPIN:

Thanks,
I think I'll reserve a bit of money for those rock sliders. I don't really need them but I like how they look. Way better than the stupid chrome ones that came stock.

Hey lfhoward,
I see you're in Philly. I'm right across the river. Where do you go wheeling around here?

The wheeling I do is mostly for my job in the summer. I am a forest ecologist, so I do research up in the mountains. I have been working in northeastern West Virginia for several years, but this summer will be in PA sampling vegetation plots on some of the state game lands. I try to drive as close to the study areas as possible, then hike the rest of the way in.

I would like to be able to do some wheeling just for fun with other LOST members. TheBlueKJ is organizing a pine barrens meet & greet for Saturday March 23, which I hope to be able to go to. Here is his M&G thread from the Mid-Atlantic section: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=73833 He started parallel threads on KjCountry and JeepForum, and there seems to be a lot of interest.

Anybody else checking the RL website everyday?
I'm anxious to get some sliders.
And in looking over the RL website, I think this is installed upside down:

Or is that just a KJ slider on a KK?

I like these better.

I've been checkin RL daily too. I'll probably pee myself the day it comes back online. I like both of those sliders and it would be a tough decision between the two.

It would be impossible to mount liberty sliders upside down.
