Thoughts?

I was poking on RL and came across this article

http://www.rocklizardfabrications.com/fender_trimming.htm

It was done for an old Cherokee, howbout a newer KK? I wonder if the idea is the same and would allow for massively larger tires with some modifications. :juggle:

Good bit of difference between the KJ?KK and XJ inner fenders
If you look the XJs have more room inside whereas the KJs/KKs have the pinch welds etc to deal with more. Cutting the fender would not give you any more room due to the way its made

Ah I see good to know. Do they make those hard plastic black fenders you sometimes see trucks and xjs and tjs and jks running around with. I think they even make them for kjs.

Probably custom made. I think someone was custom making flat fenders for the KJ a while ago idk what ever happened to it though.
