Here is an unhappy update:
My order from Jemko was canceled last night. The took the order, eventually sent out an electronic tracking number, (the post office states that by no means meant they had the product, just that they were expecting it. After several more days of not being able to track my package I called Jemko. The customer service person stated that the package was shipped priority and would be at my door wednesday no later than thrusday. I contacted Jemko once again wednesday evening to let them know the package had not arrived and that I could not track it with the number provided. I was then told the post office indeed had the package, but had been holding on to it for 3 days. (no explanation as to why that was, or even how that was possible as it is illegal for the post office to hold onto packages that are to be shipped.) The company then says they sent it UPS (what to believe, what to believe) I waited a day to see if tracking information from UPS would be sent, it was not. I e mailed, I called, to no avail. I told them of my disgust, and disappointment, They do not care, they give you empty We are Sorry's.
That is all you get and all you ever will get. They have yet to credit my credit card with the over $300 they charged me for a product I will never see, and (in my eyes and opinion) never existed. First off, was too easy for them to cancel so called shipment and supposedly ad a return to sender to it? (did they forget about the one that supposedly was sitting at the post office in Beverly Hills???)
After the research, I am now going to pay the extra money to Coastal, Crutchfield or one of the other many businesses out there that at least I know for certain will send out the product and also give customer service. In short, run do not walk away from Jemko's website. I have documentation to back up everything I have stated here, if you need it, just contact me.
I'd contact the postal service and inquire about mail fraud. That should get your refund sent sooner.
