Sorry, trying to figure out how to do this on tap talk. Anyway, I Would like to add an additional cigar/power plug, And was wondering where anyone has put one in and where you picked the power up from. We have been on a long trip and I'm tired of only being able to charge something when we are in the car.

You can make the one that's already there on full time, or do you want a second full time one?

I added a second power outlet in my KK. You could mod my directions if you wanted a simpler setup that is always on (just eliminate the relay and replace the fuse panel with a simple in-line fuse holder located close to the battery).

The original one can be on all the time by moving the fuse. The fuse has two positions, you'll see when you open the fusebox.
I also ran a second one to the rear, for my car fridge. Straight from the battery.

I would like to add a second full time one, was thinking in the rear of the console. Converting the shift area one to full time for now will solve my current gripe. Thanks for the info. Have to wait till I get home though.

I added a full time power Cigarette lighter in my car as well. However I also added a Battery voltage limit switch between the Lighter and Battery connection. I can custom set the battery voltage after which it'll cut the power to the lighter. This is just in case I leave something hooked up and I don't want my battery to drain.
