I want to lift my jeep and add beefier tires to it. I don't do serious off roading, like rock crawling or anything, but i do like to rip on trails, climb hills, and just mess around in the mud. I don't know much, and I would really appreciate suggestions on what lift would be best for what i need and that wont harm the jeep. |

Best lift for the money (and a lot of people run this lift) is the OME. Yes it says 1.5" but you really get about 2" to 2.5". When I have mine on I sit at 21" all around. For money, quality, and ride it's worth the money. Plus JBA upper control arms. As for tires...brand is up to you. I run duratracs and swear by them. I've only gotten stuck when I've had mud up to my man parts. As for size, the best to run is 245/75R16. Anything over that and you'll have to regear for loss of power. |
