I saw this before, where someone strapped a piece of rubber to the spring to help the a-arm contact? what did they use?

Daystar lift or frankenlift (which uses proprietary parts sourced from daystar)

"Very" early Frankenlifts had a chuck hose clamped to the bottom part of the spring
But later ones it was a part of the lower iso.
If you have contact you either have a lift too high OR you need JBA arms

I thought he got rid of his lift and went back to stock? If so there shouldnt be any contact.

I've heard on here that the OTT doesn't do what it says. It doesn't preload the springs enough so it will barely give you any lift. Plus you would still be on stock springs so your ride would just gradually get worse

It doesn't preload the springs but it doesn't need to. The coilover is dropped 2" from where it normally bolts up via a spacer. It doesn't have to be taken apart. The springs will still continue to sag and at an accelerated rate. There are also issues with the shock bottoming out. That's what I had the first try, not my best decision.

The Frankenlift does not use poly parts from Daystar, they are proprietary parts that are custom made to All J Products' specs specifially for the Frankenlift. They are made by a poly urethane company in California only for All J Products.
