You want quality or cheap junk? A quality LED lightbar is a investment that will outlast your KK and the next 2-3 vehicles. Those "inexpensive" ones may last a year or two if really used and poorly made knockoffs of the good ones.

I'm not sure you answered the his question. Just sounded like a jerk.

I'm running a 20" bar from ebay and it's been awesome with very good light output. Normally I'm pretty strict with buying high quality stuff (mostly with tools), but couldn't justify spending the money for Rigid or VisionX lights for my application.

I have two Tuff Stuff bars which I love. I am not doing any desert racing or night time hardcore offroading. Just needed a little more punch from the stock high beams when I go on the beach at night or driving down rural roads.

Here's a comparison between the stock headlights and my led bar. They were taken with my cell phone, which doesn't pick up everything but gives an idea.

I agree with Morgan, the amount of money needed for a “brand name” LED is absolutely insane.

If you’re ok with a small investment that will probably be dead in 1-2 years with care, then check out Amazon. I just ordered 2 12” LED bars for $39 each. The reviews were great, some long term as well.

Amazon’s review system is really great, and I would check that out as a resource for buying. It’s pretty easy to find the bad knockoffs and “quality” knockoffs.

I’m saving for a winch, and needed a better lighting solution, so $78 bucks shipped was great for me. KC lights are killing me lately (inconsistency in performance, wiring issues by me, etc.) and stock headlights weren’t cutting it - been doing a lot of night trips with some guys here, so it's worth the low cost!
