It's been a tough winter in the US. I heard even some of you guys who live out west got some snow. But with all the snow finally melting (at least up here in RI/MA) it's almost time to brush the dust off the tools in the garage and get back to work. What's the first mod or repair everyone's gonna start/continue to tackle now that the weathers finally warming up a bit? Sent from my iPhone |

Gonna put the LED light bar (gift from my girl), and extension for my rack and mount the current round LED light on both sides and the rear of the truck (Camping lighting at light) I built a built-in switch to select power source: from car or the 12v power supply I built that plug into the outlet. I am working on the 2 way power for the light bar as well. Stay on by switch or turn on with high beam. Good FEATURE for my jeep since I have HID. High beam doesn't work well for me

I may clean up the wires for my PIAAs to cover the connections from grime, etc. But first thing first is a really good washing. |

My first mod will be to wash all the road salt off! I have the saltiest, dirtiest KK in eastern PA, maybe. Every time I was going to wash it, another storm rolled through. Car wash this afternoon, in honor of the first day of spring! I'm sure it will make the rust spots apparent on my sliders and roof basket. Time for Rustoleum Hammered Black again. After that, I need to figure out how to swap in a pair of rear brake line extensions. If anybody has done KK rear brake hoses before, let me know. They seem to be a different kind of setup than the conventional brake hoses on the KJ, but I could be wrong. Any info would be appreciated. I also need to find a seal a pesky leak in the roof! I think I have a leak where the roof rack bars bolt down to the unibody. I've already redone the tailgate gasket several times and have not found the source of the leak. I'm at the point where I've stopped cleaning up the headliner because it just gets stained again. I keep towels in the trunk during rain storms and melting snow! Cheers! --Lauren |

I have my lift kit still sitting in pieces that I need to get on the Jeep. I also have my AtTheHelm Recovery System to install. I also want to get all of the fluids changed. We are in the process of buying our first home, so I'll be pretty poor here soon... At least the house we're interested in has a garage. That's something I currently do not have. |

If you need any help with the ATH front recovery system install, let me know. Morgan sent me a PM with installation instructions, as well as Digger's thread about removing the front bumper cover. |

Just installed my hitch the other day, so I'm ahead of the game. Now I need to wash her. Gotta get an oil change and do sparkplugs too while I'm at it. Hopefully it stays warm. |

No mods for my Jeep. Going to give my wallet a rest right now even though bigger tires are now on the wish list. Probably going to do the diff fluids and brakes here soon. Sent from my LG-D801 using Tapatalk |

Probably rewiring my KC lights, something happened and they won’t work now... Also looking into acquiring a used winch with synthetic on a budget, and if I do that means winch plate

I like the tube door idea! I want to see the flat flare mod also, I've considered this for my future project. |

Great. I'm still trying to get my roof rails painted! Finally got a spot cleaned up in pole barn, but winter won't let go, so had to put wood in again. |
