So tomorrow I'm gonna rotate my tires and check out how my brake pads and rotors are holding up. I was just gonna jack each side up with the hi lift and put tree stands under the car while I do the work. Anyone have any pix or advice when using a hi lift with super-skink sliders? The last time I tried to jack up the car with it I darn near crushed my hand between the door and the jack because the jack leaned forward cause I was lifting from the door part of the slider and not the steel tubing. RL confirms that you should be able to lift from the tubing. Jw if anyone had any experience before I give it a go tomorrow.

If the side tubing is at least 1.5"x.120" and the welds are sound you should be ok. I'd still chock the opposing front wheel and def use jack stands.

I gave it a go over the weekend. Used my buddy's flat driveway, chocked the rear wheels and positioned the hi lift against the outer tubing close to where it connects to the unibody, where it would have the most support. I think I cranked it 3 times at most and it was enough to get the tire off so I could have a look at my brakes/rotors. Thing worked great and the sliders held up perfectly. I would definitely trust them in the event you ever had to use a hi lift to get "unstuck"
