installed 4" jba springs on the rear of my kk two months ago
drivers side i added an extra iso to level the car.
at the beginning they were sitting perfectly level, at around 23 1/2". about a month later drivers side was 22 1/2" and passengers 23"
now two months after drivers side is 22" and passengers 23" and this is with an extra iso on the drivers side. (measurement taken with always with 1/2 tank full.)

so what is causing the drivers jba spring to sag so much. my front is leveled.

thinking on swapping one springs from one side to the other and see if there is a difference....
i i swap them and the drivers side till lover that means that in not the springs ans maybe other suspension component making the car un even, probably the adjustable track bar.

Thats the first step, swap springs side to side and see if the issue follows or stays the same

My JBA 4 inch springs are probably 3 years old (got them used) and the rear of my KK is at 22". That means there has been an inch of sag during that time (as the stock height in the rear is 19 and 4-inch lifted should be 23). However, I really beat on them for 8 weeks last summer, loading the Jeep to the ceiling with field gear, plus filling the roof basket and a tow-hitch basket with more equipment. They were probably not meant for that kind of load.

they should sag at the same rate if there are the same rate springs.
don't forget that the drivers have and extra iso, that means that it sagged 1 1/4 in two moths from that expected settled height.
other springs is doing perfectly fine where it was supposed to be sitting at after few months.

Remember the drivers side is much heavier since the gas tank, you, and the battery all sit on the drivers side.

As Tom said, swapping is the first step. If the sagging issue switches to the passenger side of the Jeep, following the spring (I'd drive it for a few days to let it settle in), then the spring itself might have problems. I would guess that if you talk to Marlin at JBA and explain the situation, he'd be likely to help you out.

It is possible to get defective springs. I did. But you don't seem low enough yet. I'd keep an eye on it. You may refer to my previous thread http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=88&t=78028
According to JBA (ie. directly from Marlin):
Quote:
The rear springs were designed to sit at 22.50” to 23.25".
