Ive seen many times that 245/70/16 seems to be the max stock tire... My question is with a 2" lift could my kk fit 255/75/17 with no issues. Reason being is i have a really good local offer for a set of 5 BFGoodrich Mud Terrain tires w/ 17" rims for $550. Also, Im pretty sure i'd need a 5x5 to 5x4.5 adapter...the wheels are coming off of a 2012 Wrangler. aaaaaaaand go... |

Pretty much 32s. You need a lot more lift, more like 4+". Also need to regear, preferably to 4.56s. And yes, if you keep the rims you'll need adapters as we have 5x4.5, JKs use 5x5. |

Only 2 inches of lift?? 245-75-16s, close, but they would work |

I've seen 32s with two inches of lift, sorry I like some room in the fenderwells for rocks and mud PLUS you need to regear to properly run that size |
