For the transmission and tcase I know its simple, 5 quarts atf+4 for the trans plus gasket and filter and 2 quarts for the tcase. But I dont have an owners manual for the diff fluids. From what I read 85w90 will work front and rear. So 5 quarts 85w90 and rear diff cover gasket.Does that seem correct or am I missing something on my list? |

No gaskets on either the trans or diffs,use RTV.The trans case is not machined for a gasket and in 99% of cases when one is used it will leak.Might want a few more qts of ATF+4,5qts is not a set amount to refill after dropping the pan,can take up to 9qts depending on how long the pan is off or could take less the 5qts. As far as the gear oil if you offroad or wheel it 85w-140 is better for the rear,80w-90 for the front is good.Skip any synthetic gear oil,use only conventional gear oil as it is better for the diffs anyways. |

That sounds good ill use gasket sealer instead. I need to order a dip stick as well. I had forgotten it does not come with one. And thw 85w140, I knew I seen a lot of different options for the rear. |
