Has anyone installed this on a KK? It mentions to bolt to a flange right after the cat, however I just have a clamp in the area pictured. All of the pictures and topics I could find were KJs. I figure I just ditch the flange and just use the clamp, right? It says it is compatible with 2008 KK, but I want to make sure before I open the box in case I need to return in.

Yup it works. So easy that even did it myself.

Nice, I was hoping it was that easy. I'll probably do it in my driveway this weekend.

Just use the ramp and you can do it in few hours. You need to cut the old pipe...and it's not easy to install the hanger at the rear...I used WD40 and it will go right in...

It was really easy for me. I'd say it took about an hour. I wasn't that thrilled I had to cut the old exhaust off, but I think it's the only way.

AGREE! Just make sure you don't cut too much of the old old pipe...Otherwise it will be FUN to install the tail pipe! :dead:

Good luck!

Does anyone happen to have a picture of where the cut is at? Is it rear or forward of the little bend between the muffler and crossover? Either way, at least by cutting you don't have to worry about getting the clamp off. I don't know if there's any amount of PB blaster that will get the bolt on mine un-seized.

I'll check right now if I have a picture.
EDIT: Couldn't find the picture. Cut whatever you have to in order to get it off.

You cut the front...b/c the cat has a little extension in front of it...I cut the exhaust into 2 parts...I cut the rear pipe between gas tank and rear suspension so that you can remove the muffler...then cut off the cat... That's how I did mine...
