Anyone have any more recommendations on getting the drivers side upper control arm out of the knuckle? Here's what I've tried: pb blaster, hammer, fork, reversed a spring compressor to pull it apart (bent the compressor rod), more pb blaster, 7lb sledge hammer, propane torch followed by sledge hammer again....I'm out of ideas. I appreciate any help, thx |

Wow sounds like its really in there. You have the nut unthreaded, right? I'd say keep trying after the pb blaster has soaked a while. You're only other option might be removing the knuckle and uca together and hammering out from the stud or pressing it out... |

Good news, SUCCESS! U can also get that screw type ball joint separator from advanced, harbor would've been slightly cheaper, but it did the trick. I think I'm the happiest man alive right now. Thanks for the help guys! |
