Got a second hand jeep liberty 2009 couple of months back. Now trying to replace the brake pads for the first time. Unfortunately, the market is full of Chinese knockoffs. Can any one advise me about suitable brand i can purchase online |

Napa adaptive one's are supposed to be good... I'll be slammed for sayin this but I've had good luck with the Duralast pads for the last 12 months. |

Unlike other areas such as spark plugs, brake pads are not one where the cheapest version is best. The manual calls for ceramics in the front and semi metallic in the back. I just had mine redone with Akebono ceramics on both ends, and it stops better than new now. Make sure you change the brake fluid as well, which is an often overlooked area. |

I went for wagner thermoquiet pads, as they were the only real brand available in the middle of the knockoffs market. Though it cost me almost twice its amazon price, but for a beginner its ok. |
