When I turn the heater on, vents or dash defrost, it blows cold air. After some time the air on the passenger side gets slightly luke warm while the drivers still blows cold.

Searched forums and people kept mentioning the blend door actuator. I ordered a new one, installed it last night and still no fix. My car is not running cold or hot, so I didn't think it was the thermostat

Any help would be greatly appreciated since its 16 deg here, thanks.

I'm experiencing the same issue. 08 KK. Don't have the slightest idea what's going on.

A/c works great which is what I use 99% of the year but it's getting chilly and I'm not sure why the heat stopped all of the sudden.

I used to have to turn the heat off because it was too hot

Check the hoses coming in and out of the heater core. Are either of them hot? If they're both just warm try flushing the heater core. That fixed my heating issue

So if it worked properly, both would be hot? Is this how you flush it?

You have to be careful however you flush it. The core can not handle too much pressure and can rupture. Then you will be ripping your dash apart...
Don't forget to flush both ways, several times. Using a pulsing pressure will also help to break things loose.
Be sure to use HOAT antifreeze when filing it back up.

Mixing of coolants other than specified HOAT engine coolants, may result in engine damage and may decrease corrosion protection. If a non-HOAT coolant is introduced into the cooling system in an emergency, it should be replaced with the specified coolant as soon as possible.
Do not use plain water alone or alcohol-base engine coolant (antifreeze) products. Do not use additional rust inhibitors or antirust products, as they may not be compatible with the radiator engine coolant and may plug the radiator.
This vehicle has not been designed for use with Propylene Glycol based coolants. Use of Propylene Glycol based coolants is not recommended.
