I have a liberty KK 2012 and I was wondering if that breaking system jeep uses in place of putting in lockers works on both axles at the same time? What I'm trying to say is if 3 wheels where in the air would the 4th one still try and pull you out? I hope this question makes sense. I ask this because I only here that grinding sound from the rear end never from the front. I thought I'd ask here instead of jacking up 3 wheels to see if she still tries to pull on the only wheel left on the ground. Anyone know? lockers would work if something didn't break first Thanks.

It's on both the front and rear..but it has to be in 4wd for the front part of the system to kick in.

If you're in 4wd and have a front tire and rear tire in the air, then yes both axles will work at the same time.

It's just a traction control system. If a wheel spins it hits the brakes on that wheel to stop/slow spin. It'll do the same up front, or when the Jeep is spinning out it'll work the front brakes to counter act the spin.
