ARE THE TIRES FULLY INFLATED? theres your issue.... 8)

check the starter for a loose wire. or if its physically damaged. dead battery?

the clip sounds like the starters brushes are shot. at least its trying to turn

EDIT: after watching the video clip, it looks like the fuel gauge rises when the starter is kicking in and lowers when not turning over. not sure if that should be taken into consideration or if I was just seeing things again.

Starter's wires are fine, I'm thinking I just ain't getting enough amps out of the battery.

The fuel gauge goes back down because I turned the Jeep off...

when its turning over, the gauge looks like its going down. and hopefully the battery is the issue! easy fix!

That didn't sound good. Keep us updated to make sure that the battery was the only issue.
I think the sound was a bit amplified because you were in a garage.

The sound was actually just THAT bad...I was able was to use the Jeep normal all day today with no issues after the battery got a new charge haha.
